How others are judged: Factual Judgeology™. Judgments come from a factual and not a personal place. They do not make emotional judgments but rather pick up on certain behaviours that prove their judgments. They notice people’s behaviours and their actions and make decisions based on that. Attitude to money and risk

Augmentation: Achievers, together with Results, Counselors and Specialists have a fondness for risk-taking, especially in the immediate context. However, they do like to have a certain amount of security when it comes to their home life and the people that are important to them. They like having a “home base” whether it’s an actual home, a long-term friendship, a relationship, etc.. that they can return to at the end of the day (or week, or month). Achievers are quick to think on their feet and they tend to keep a steady head during a crisis. They are also good at scanning their environment for resources and solutions. Unlike some other types who might panic over a challenge, find themselves stimulated and invigorated by it. Achievers are always looking around for new experiences and enjoyment and they can sometimes become scattered and move from project to project without completing anything. This tends to play out in them jumping from job to job or passion to passion without finding long-term contentment. When Nefarious - actions are highly reprehensible or offensive in character

Cold, self-destructive, indulgent. Ruthlessly logical, but in pursuit of their own pleasure and at the expense of anyone who gets in their way. Ignore own moral compass and have no concern for the welfare or feelings of others. They keep to themselves and scorn attachments to other individuals, only seeking to get ahead or enjoy sensational thrills even if it harms themselves or others in the process. They become calculating and selfish, easily angered by anyone who seeks a foothold in their life. Nefarious Achievers can be the perfect mercenaries, using their hands-on skills to find wealth or sensory experience, even if it means destroying another life. e.g. Darth Maul (Star Wars). Crime: Graffiti, arson, impulsively violent. Domestic violence.

Bratty behaviour (Bratology™): Unwarranted grouchiness. Often very innocently, will respond grouchily towards whomever interrupts their train of thought. Needs to fake social pleasantries from time to time, even when not really in the mood to do so.
They are analytical and laid-back people and enjoy living in the present moment. They hate being stuck in one place and are always searching for some new adventure to explore. They are rarely viewed as bratty people, since they do not enjoy becoming overly emotional. Instead of focussing on their feelings, they focus on logic and reason. They want to take life as it comes and do not enjoy obsessing over pointless things. This helps them appear much less bratty than some other patterns; but they do have stubborn moments. When they are attempting to make a point or to be precise, they can certainly seem bratty to others.

When guilty: Moves On From Guilt. Often handle feelings of guilt in a very logical manner. Instead of being upset when they do something wrong, often accepts own failings. Will analyze the mistake and find ways in which they can make it right. Once they have atoned for their mistake will be more than capable of moving on, seeking ways to improve in the future. Takes life as it comes at them, believing that everyone makes mistakes and that is simply part of life. Often do not hold onto these guilty feelings, believing that to do so is a waste of time. The useless son of a bitch - The Smart Aleck R.Sole. Acts like an R. Sole but is secretly cuddly. Ignores social norms. Introspective thinking creates logical consistency in fixing things - cars etc. May be considered dumb accordingly. Can be helped by taking a chill pill. Unpredictable in the worst of ways – one second they might be slouching around doing absolutely nothing and, in the next second they will be all up in your face screaming and flailing. Watch out from them sending you vitriolic emails from two offices away, one minute after a cordial face-to-face meeting. They don’t care about their own or others’ safety, rarely check all facts and often endanger others with their shenanigans. Imagine them as ticking bombs. A relationship with an Achiever is exhausting. If they do not get what they want they will act like a child and you will be thoroughly embarrassed because these grown-up babies will sulk or throw fits.

On R.Sole steroids - The empty headed brooder. Brow perpetually knitted, these creeps spend a lot of time in front of the mirror rehearsing their 'deep thoughts' expression. Achiever types occasionally come close to getting laid until it becomes clear just how few substantive thoughts actually lurk behind their pensive mask.
