At work & comparing with social

Worst workplace to be in: It it's run as a workplace that has a stuffy corporate environment that contributes nothing of worthwhile meaning to society and frowns upon any sort of creative problem solving.

Compared to social: Scale 1 - 8. 1&2 Excellent; 3&4 Good; 5&6 Fair; 6&7 Poor.

High S with High D: Work: 1. Social: 6.

High S with High I: Work: 1. Social: 5.

High S with High S: Work: 3. Social: 1.

High S with High C: Work: 2. Social: 1.5.

At the job souk: Minister / Priest; Musician / Composer; Psychologist / Psychiatrist; HR Development; Educational Consultant; Social Worker / Counselor; Writer / Editor / Reporter/ Artist / Entertainer; Teacher - Special Education / Art.

Jobs and tasks: Empowering others. Encouraging others to grow and develop; Creating programs that enrich others; Motivating and inspiring others; Focusing on personal meaning and self-expression; Motivating others to use information for their own benefit; Solving new and complex problems that will benefit the future of humanity; Changing the way people do things; Helping others resolve conflict; Mentoring; Designing projects; Focusing on performing.

Promptness: Late. A tendency to run through a million different thoughts can cause occasional lateness. Some Agents will hate the idea of being late to avoid awkward situations and will be punctual to avoid this but may be late to avoid less attention to themselves. Actions are more intentioned than many people think and are often aware of what they are doing. Will be late if distracted and fail to realise so much time has passed at the previous appointment. The Agent causes lots of grief to managers and you need to set the meeting time 15 minutes earlier than what you tell others, just for the Agent.

Fulfilling Commitments: The Agent often struggles to make commitments and dislike feeling locked down to something. They simply prefer to go with the flow and often dislikes making plans that are too firm. The Agent is a daydreamer, which often causes them to prefer plenty of time by themselves. The Agent does not want to make a decision about something and then feel immense regret over it later on. They want to be able to explore new things without feeling like they are locked down. The Agent will take their relationship commitments very seriously though, and are not afraid of committing to a loved one. The Agent causes lots of grief to managers who cannot tolerate lack of commitment as the Agent almost certainly will let you down, again and again.

In a Meeting: Hijacker.

Under Pressure: Agents dislike feeling pressure on them since they put enough on themselves. When the situation becomes highly stressful and requires a fast decision, the Agent becomes overwhelmed. They prefer to have time to process their feelings but that does not mean they will not respond. While the Agent prefers having time to make a big decision they are capable of acting on their intuition when required They will explore whichever possibility makes the most sense and will try to follow what feels right.

As a performance appraiser:

Style - High S's will likely be the most lenient managers. Result - They prefer stability to change. Outcome - A waste of time and the status quo remains - good or bad.

As a customer service representative:

Style - Require more time alone; Result - Do not like frustrated and angry people; Outcome - Rarely found in a customer service position since the experience can be rather draining and overwhelming.

SC - S with C - Priority. Open, People-Oriented v. Guarded, Task-Oriented.

In the Personal Space

How others are judged: Moral Judgeology™. Have their own views on what is right and wrong and are very clear about what they believe. They often judge themselves very harshly and push themselves to be a good person. Because of this strong desire to follow what is right can be viewed as judgmental. They do not judge people for being weaker than others or for making mistakes in life. They are more likely to feel judgment towards people who harm others or commit immoral acts constantly. They are very forgiving and do understand that people make mistakes but they also realise that people need to be held accountable for constantly doing bad things. If someone is harming another person, this action should not be accepted.

Cause of anxiety: When you have to behave in a way that is out of line with your values or desires.

Shyness Gauge™ (Out of the 16 patterns. Scale: Lower number is more shy: 1/16

When ill: Stays home and fantasizes about all the nice things people would say about them at their funeral.

At the shopping mall: At Barnes & Noble. 120 pages and three coffees deep into a book they haven’t bought.

As the gift buyer: Waits until they’re feeling inspired, then sits down with a glass of wine and a playlist of instrumental music to write heartfelt letters for each of their loved ones. Pairs each letter with a carefully selected hand crafted gift from an on-line store that captures the person’s essence.

What they want as a gift: A book, an experience, donation to favourite cause, music, letter, something symbolic, pet.

What sort of holiday: Backpacking with a soulmate enjoying the quiet meaningful aspects on this holiday.

What sort of clothes do they wear - male: Like to accentuate their good qualities and uniqueness without being ostentatious or attention grabbing. They probably dislike uniforms and restrictive dress codes. Adopt a fashion sense that probably echoes the unique image they hold of themselves and conveys their individuality. They may be a bit hipsterish and inclined to experiment with unusual combinations and put a twist on conventional styles.

What sort of clothes do they wear - female: Idealistic and also adaptable and flexible to the environment around them. Curiosity and intuitiveness allow to be less afraid of the season’s trends, so cropped flared-denim jeans is the go.

As a house guest: As Host: Of course, but I might not be there. As Guest: I'm likely to bring unwanted folk back from the march.

Contents of wardrobe (fun perspective):
“Wait, there is a world outside this wardrobe?”

In a relationship / dating:
Relationship needs – Sincerity and Shared Values. Red Flag if you hear this - "A homeless guy asked me for change. I told him to get a job." Not negotiable with the partner - Having a closed mind. Biggest Strength - Caring deeply. Ideal Date Activities - Anything that involves quiet activities. Church, cafe, walk in the park. Will be seeking - New friends, long term dating. Target area priority - LOVABLE - 55%; ROMANTIC 35%; SEXUAL 10%. Soulmate - Developer.

Compatibility: Click here.

At the bar: Becomes extremely affectionate.

In the bedroom: Emotional Connection Bedroomer. For you love-making is about just that, love. Without a deep bond and strong emotional connection, you see little point in sex itself. Sex being just a physical act is something you do not desire. Casual sex is definitely not for you and would make you very internally unhappy. That being said sex is actually very important to you within the confines of a deeper connection. You see sex as a physical manifestation of a powerful emotional connection with someone. It is your opportunity to connect intimately with your partner. You are very willing and eager to try new things in the bedroom as long as there is an emotional connection.

Dalliance or not? Likely to be true to their partner in a relationship because of their preference to cling to the people they already know and love and their sense of morality that is likely consistent with the “golden rule”. They know how gut wrenching heartbreak can be and they would not want to hurt or betray anyone they care about. It is only after they’ve been emotionally hurt or betrayed that they would consider cheating on their partner.

How they deal with clutter: Encourage Clutter. Why would you clean when there are so many more meaningful things to do with your time? Plus, you would first need to figure out all the possible approaches to tackle that mess and the pros and cons of each. You might ponder how and why our society began placing significance on clean environments. You think about cleaning more than you actually clean until it actually affects your current task and only then will you take action. Agents have a thirst for knowledge and they love to learn everything about stuff that fascinates them. This may mean forwarding things to email, Facebook Messenger or texting themselves. They are all over the shop.

What sort of kitchen: The Organic Modern Kitchen. You are imaginative, sensitive, and spiritual. You love greenery and natural materials, like wood and linen, but often accent with classic or modern pieces. You are not afraid of a tapestry rug in the kitchen.

What religion: 33.50% of this pattern are religious. Rank: 14/16. Likely religion: Celtic Pagan.

Problems with faith / religion: Being capable of having faith for this pattern is often possible. This can be in a higher power or in people. While there are times when this faith can be shaken and they might need to re-examine it, that does not mean they do not still have it inside of them. They follow their gut instince and do what feels right for them regardless of the evidence around them. They do not always need solid proof to believe in something and so they often beileve that sometimes there are things in the world that are true even if they are not proven just yet. Oxor™ calls the problems with faith operating in an environment of suspension of facts. All this is consistent with being a Feeler.

What they like at a music festival: Hippie at the festival. Bought their tickets from a dubious source outside the venue. Definitely does wear a flower crown, definitely does not remember where they put their cell phone for two days (it was in their back pocket).

What they like as their musical instrument: Ukulele. Why? The Agent is a compassionate and creative dreamer who spends too much time in la la land and in the clouds. The gentle island sound sounds of the ukulele perfectly compliments the Agent's quiet yet quirky nature.

What sort of friend: Sympathetic, comforting. The friend that you feel completely comfortable being yourself with. They do not look down on you for your flaws and are completely understanding of you. When you get tired of the shallow world, you can always come to this friend for the in depth and passionate conversation that you need. Can feel lonely when they are misunderstood, belittled or surrounded by people who are focussed more on day-to-day concerns than the deeper, underlying issues of humanity.

Weird feature: Fantasises about folk they know. Not in a sexual sense, it is about where they will end up. Stares into space living out some imaginary scenario. Peter pan complex (inability to take on responsibilities, to commit themselves or to keep promises, excessive care about the way they look and personal well-being and their lack of self-confidence, even though they do not seem to show it and actually come across as exactly the opposite). People may often find their behaviour to be childish and immature. Research says the most child like. Rank: 7/10.

In the classroom: If the class is not art, they will not be paying attention and will be either writing a poem or drawing.

Attitude to money and risk

Augmentation: In the top 4 as the highest risk-takers together with Inspirational, Promoter and Perfectionist. Enjoys exploring new, untested theories and possibilities. Unlike those who have facts to rely on, enjoy “jumping into possibilities” without having to spend a lot of time figuring out if something like this has been done before. In fact, if a project or idea has been done before that can be a deterrent. Drawn to the novel and original far more than the tested and established. This tends to play out in career choices. Many Agents are stimulated by taking less-secure job positions if there is a higher reward. Are able to consider many new, unusual theories, projects, and endeavours simultaneously without getting weighed down by anxiety or over-planning. However, need to take a moment and pause and consider their priorities, values, and principles before moving forward. This way they can avoid floundering in a sea of unfinished projects and unlimited alternatives.

Spending money: Carefree. Compulsive Shopper. Spending habits are very reflective of the environment they are in. e.g. brought up in a money-conscious household will also be that. In the absence of proper guidance, are apt to take risks beyond what they can handle. May overspend 'because I'm worth it'.

Financial toxicity: Pleaser - Over Generous. Insists on paying for your dinners every time you go out. Tries to be the one who handles things, gives expensive gifts or just does more financially than necessary. But there's a trick. While it may appear to make them happy, they are creating a circumstance that you have some sort of debt which may be in dollars, commitment, time, emotion, sexual favours etc. They'll be upset, but it is wise not to get into this debt spiral. Trustworthy Ranking: Most (With Practitioner). (Will guard themselves for a while before deciding if they can trust someone. Easy to get taken advantage of though).

When Nefarious - actions are highly reprehensible or offensive in character

Self-absorbed, self-righteous, and waver between being passive and extremely judgmental. They enjoy living in their fantasies, but care little for the practical realities of daily life. They may neglect their loved ones and family members and instead prefer to live in a world of their own making, in essence abandoning everyone who holds them dear. They may consider themselves more morally superior or “righteous” than others, married to their idealism to such an extent that any and everyone in the real world seems flawed and disappointing. They may retreat from the world and silently judge everyone they see. Over time, they may become increasingly harsh and condemning of people in their lives. They may become so obsessed with their own emotions and fantasies that they shun or berate anyone who tries to find a way into their hearts. Crimes: Steal from the rich and give to the poor. Stalking.

Bratty behaviour (Bratology™): Holding others to unrealistic expectations. Despite seeing the best in people, wild imagination over embellishes (invents the best in) the other person or situation such that they become upset when the real-life version falls short of the fantasies. Need to grasp reality.

When guilty: Always Apologising For Guilt. It is extremely important to do the right thing in their lives and want to be good people. A very strong sense of morality and often know exactly what they believe is right and wrong. Hold themselves to higher standards than most people are aware of, causing them to experience guilt very often. They may feel guilty for the smallest of actions, wishing they could be doing more to help people. Always striving to make a difference, wanting very deeply to be a good person. They constantly feel like they could be doing more for others and the world in general. Apologise often, wanting to be sure that they make amends for any possible wrongdoings. Shame: Care and sensitivity can lead to them feeling a lot of shame over their actions. Feel shame towards even the smallest things, like forgetting to smile at someone in the supermarket. They might be afraid that their actions have negatively affected others and that will truly upset the Agent. May experience feelings of shame for times when they fail to be their best selves. Best way to help an Agent is by reminding them how hard they try. They know that no one can be perfect, but they certainly do try to be good. They have a knack for seeing the good in others and are capable of pushing past some of the hardest experiences.

Ingeniously Problematic™ behaviour: Sometimes. Is on display when it is clearly known what the desired outcome is, yet an assertion is made that may not be untruthful, is likely to be ambiguous and the author can use it to advantage. It is designed to give the recipient hope; reality may be 'bugger off' or (mis)leading you into taking up some sort of offer. It often involves blatant hypocrisy.

The Sir Robertson Sole symptoms™ - as the "asshole"!

The one who is overly annoyed or bothered by a perceived insult to their bulltish - The I Don't Know What I Want R. Sole. Cuddly inside and out. A leech to a fun environment that no one wants to deal with them or help them. May not succeed in life. Say to them you understand when actually there is nothing to understand. Disinterested in the material world as anything that matters to them happens inside their head. Find meaning in meaningless things. They are the kid in the back of the class who understands nothing and believes themselves to understand it all. Never ask questions and always make assumptions. If you correct their assumptions they are likely to not hear you. Will forgive all due to doubt that anything they perceive is truly there. If you leave, it might take them up to three weeks to notice, had you been living together.

On R.Sole steroids - The hapless space cadet. Nobody knows what Agents talk about but they certainly talk. Not really hateable so much as pitiable. An Agent is like a babbling old woman at an inconsequential town hall meeting to whom no-one is listening. Or tell you when your friend's child told you he made a drawing of a rocket ship but it just looks like a sticky turnip. In Aussie terms - a Brunswick Streeter.
Insulting tags: Fake. "You are simply not a good person". "You are just a mean person."
Prof. Sole nominates Nicholas Cage, JRR Tolkien and John Kerry.

Robert Sole's Conviction™: Can be the sweetest angel but WILL turn into Satan if you piss them off. Insane on both the outside and the inside.
