3. Disrespectful or inappropriate. e.g. The Director.
4. Confrontational or aggressive. e.g. The Results.
5. Micromanager. e.g. The Objective Thinker.

Tradition, order, dignity and honesty are what they value most. They are excellent organizers, strong-willed and reliable. On the other hand, they can be judgmental, inflexible, and stubborn.
They are loyal, so they like working for one employer as long as possible, preferably in a well-known, prominent organization. They would excel in careers in: Law, Military, Medicine, and Politics.
They know what they bring to the table and expect the same in return. They have high standards for themselves, as well as for others. As they are hard-working and self-motivated, they can do well in every position, but they prefer to be leaders.
They like doing things by the book, but if a new method is proven to be better, they will do their best to adapt. They see their way as the only way.
As co-workers, they see themselves as friendly, down-to-earth and enjoy networking but with a well deserved reputation of being loathed.

General management style: Authoritarian and decisive, hierarchy is respected and subordinates are expected to follow rules and their orders without question. Focus is on building a solid organization with traditions of rituals and ceremonies so that individuals feel a sense of belonging. That is how they express their value for life and how they build economy. Oxor™ can see these people issuing orders and warnings from a podium, pulpit, lectern or other raised platform.

Β Minimize distractions. Try to cancel the noise around the office and put the phone on “do not disturb” to enter deep work mode.
Β Make to-do lists. To-do lists are the simplest, yet most effective way to get more productive. They are useful for one more reason — they can revise them from time to time and make sure you there is no overworking.
Β Be open to new ideas and suggestions. As a Director, they are focussed only on one possible solution and they are ignoring all the alternatives. Consider trying to solve an issue from a different or new perspective.

Β Being productive typically is not a problem but there is always room for improvement.
Β Track time better. Tracking time is the best way to see where the time goes and if there is anything that can be done to improve. There are a variety of time tracking apps available that are easy to use and will not interrupt the workflow.

Make it happen, Watch it happen or Wonder what happened?: Make.

What they should do, or be encouraged to do by their subordinates are the following:

Β Block out time. Schedule time for tasks on the calendar and treat these time blocks as important meetings — no procrastination, no interruptions.

Β Prioritize. Divide tasks by their importance and urgency: do the important and urgent ones; delegate the ones that are urgent but can be done by someone else and schedule important but not urgent ones.

Β Restrain impulsivity by not making random and unauthorized dexisions.
Β Plan tomorrow the night before. That way, in the next morning, they will already know what to do and how to organize the day.

Β Seek feedback. It may or may not be scary, depending on the person, but will benefit in many ways.

Because of all of this, they typically thrive in environments where they can work with people and/or network. They also like challenges and constantly developing and improving themselves.
They do not like strict rules and prefer exploring new alternatives; their growth-oriented mindset often impresses their superiors. They like brainstorming and listening to other people’s ideas as much as sharing their own. They love learning new things, but their interest can start fading as soon as they get a grip on the next concept.
As co-workers, they see themselves as a people person and their colleagues can easily become their friends too. As a manager, not a good move, they take the role of a leader rather than a superior, working alongside their subordinates and inspiring and motivating them if necessary. They have a well deserved reputation of being flaky and not finishing things.

General management style: Is to focus on the well-being of the people around them, from supervisors and colleagues to subordinates. At times they become so deeply involved that they unintentionally neglect organizational policy and responsibility. Make it happen, Watch it happen or Wonder what happened?: Wonder.

What they should do, or be encouraged to do by their subordinates are the following:

Β Schedule a day dedicated to planning. They do not really like planning, but it is often necessary to plan. Β They should allocate one day to planning to get it over with and focus on more engaging activities.
Β Do the hardest task first. In the morning they have the most focus, so take advantage of that and do the hardest task within the first few hours of a workday.
Β Batch similar tasks together to avoid losing focus. Every time switching from one task to another, a different one, their brain needs some time to adjust to a different way of thinking. To avoid that, try batching similar tasks together.
Β Do not multitask. Since variety is preferred, it is a temptation to multitask, but try avoiding it. Doing tasks one by one makes one much more efficient.
Β Avoid distractions. Phone notifications, talking, daydreaming, music — know what is a distraction and then take necessary steps to avoid it. Try to cancel the noise around the desk and put the phone on “do not disturb” to enter deep work mode.

Β Track time. One of the benefits of tracking time is finding a good work-life balance and making sure there is no overwork.
Β Have a specific day for planning. They typically do not like thinking long-term and planning, but it is often necessary to do so. Pick one day in a week to finish all those unpleasant tasks so they do not cause daily worry and ensure that thet are done. Win-win.
Β Take mindfulness or meditation breaks. They can get stressed easily, so it is a good idea to take regular breaks to relax and ease the mind

General management style: Is to focus on the well-being of the people around them, from supervisors and colleagues to subordinates. At times they become so deeply involved that they unintentionally neglect organizational policy and responsibility. Oxor™ can see them trying to make announcements from the podium but being called away constantly by individuals in the hallway or corners with problems that need answers right now. Β Exercise. Working out is good for both physical and mental health and it helps reduce stress.
Β Learn to say no. Their time and energy are valuable and they need to realize that. Saying yes to everything is a sure way to burnout.

-

11. Can it be the Agent - INFP?

The Agent has this type of brain

General Overview: The Agent is an open-minded, empathetic and creative individual, with a vibrant inner life and curiosity for the depths of human nature.
Many writers and artists are Agents. They thrive in an environment with a low-stress level, doing a job that gives them a sense of purpose.
They want a job that will not only pay their bills but make them fulfilled. They do not like to be involved in drama and they tend to avoid conflict. They can be overly idealistic and self-critical (and, at the same time, very sensitive to constructive criticism).
They do not like hierarchies: in their ideal workplace, everyone is equal and everyone feels valued and comfortable sharing their ideas. If an Agent becomes a manager, the appointer should be fired, but they are not likely to act as if they are in charge or micromanaging: they treat their employees as human beings and they like to hear their input and opinions. They do not like high-stress and bureaucratic work environments.
As co-workers, they see themselves dedicated and considerate. They like to be independent, but also appreciate having some structure. They do nt relize that their output is zero.

General management style: Is to focus on the well-being of the people around them, from supervisors and colleagues to subordinates. Make it happen, Watch it happen or Wonder what happened?: Wonder.

What they should do, or be encouraged to do by their subordinates are the following:

Β Make a strategy. They probably already know what they want and what their goals are, but they need to make a step-by-step plan on how to get there, so that they can be accomplished more easily.
Β Make to-do lists. It is one of the most simple, yet most effective ways to stay organized and productive.
Β Get rid of all distractions. Phone notifications, talking, daydreaming, music: know what distracts and then take necessary steps to avoid it.
Β Make own space clean and tidy. Clean, decluttered space will make them think and function better. If you like the creative mess, just make sure it is never out of control, as a cluttered space often brings additional stress.
Β Work on being more open to criticism. Try thinking of criticism as an opportunity to get better, not as an attack on you as a person or as someone thinking that they are bad at what they are doing. Criticism is beneficial for many reasons, mostly because it helps you reflect on work.

E. Hunter™'s one liner of comment: Totally unsuitable for employment if you want anything achieved. Can be a bit of a character though.

-

12. Can it be the Achiever - ISTP?

The Achiever has this type of brain

General Overview: The Achiever is an individual who likes exploring and making things with their own two hands. They enjoy creating and improving themselves through experience and trial and error, as well as talking with others about their projects.
They are friendly (although usually private people) and like to offer a helping hand. They are optimistic, creative and practical. They are also easily bored and they dislike commitment.
As they are skilled and love diversity & problem-solving, they make great Engineers, Mechanics and Graphic designers.
They are also great in crises, so they can excel as paramedics or firefighters.
Their ideal workplace is fun, exciting and unpredictable. They do not like strict rules and the inability to express creativity. They prefer practical work over analyzing and coming up with strategies.
As managers, they do not micromanage or set strict boundaries because they would not like to be treated like that themselves.
As co-workers, they see themselves as the go to person but with a well deserved reputation of being a bit prickly with a bad temper.

General management style: Pragmatic, efficient, action-oriented, focused on solving the problem with as little effort as possible, egalitarian with little concern for the organization or its people. They are described as trouble-shooters, easy-going and generous with positive feedback. They are individuals with whom others gladly cooperate. Oxor™ cannot see any of them issuing orders from a lectern or podium.

Leader, Follower or Independent: F. Are natural followers of the world as they want to be in the background of a situation where a strong authority is in charge.

Make it happen, Watch it happen or Wonder what happened?: Watch.

What they should do, or be encouraged to do by their subordinates are the following:

Β Batch similar tasks together. When they switch to a task completely different from the one being done before, their brain has to adjust to a different way of thinking and loses some focus in the process. To minimize that, batch similar tasks together and do them one after another.
Β Communicate more effectively. Listen actively, try to verbalize your thoughts as clearly as possible and be aware of the importance of nonverbal communication (body language, tone of voice, facial expressions, etc).
Β Choose one day for planning. They do not like planning, analyzing and coming up with a strategy, but it is often necessary. Choose one day every week to finish these tasks, so for the rest of the week, concentrate on something likeed more.
Β Delegate. Look at the to-do list. Is there anything that can be delegated to someone else? If so, do it and make time for things that are more important to the Appraiser.
Β Align short-term goals with long-term ones. They usually find it challenging to keep their focus on their long-term goals. So, once you create the long-term objectives, try breaking them down into smaller elements — short-term goals. This routine will help them having a better idea of what they are trying to accomplish and how to do that, without losing focus.

E. Hunter™'s one liner of comment: Can be difficult to manage. Really they are best as the tradie rather than in a corporate role.

They are creative and love to help people, so they would excel in positions such as Counselors, Technical support, Nurses, Teachers or Interior designers. Never management. They are reliable and dedicated employees whose ultimate goal is maintaining excellent service. They do not mind working hard as long as they know that they are appreciated and valued. Having a supportive team and a positive work environment is incredibly important to this type of person.
As co-workers, they they are always willing to help and avoid conflict but they need to be careful not to get exploited at work or be passive-aggressive.

The theory sees these people issuing orders and warnings from a podium, pulpit, lectern or other raised platform. Oxor™ would never put this pattern in a management position - ever. They are hopeless managers.

Leader, Follower or Independent: F. Easily No.1 as natural followers of the world as they want to be in the background of a situation where a strong authority is in charge.

Make it happen, Watch it happen or Wonder what happened?: Watch.

What they should do, or be encouraged to do by their subordinates are the following:

Β Give themselves credit and do not downplay skills and accomplishments. Appreciating and respecting themselves will make others appreciate and respect them more. Not to mention their taps on the back will give a boost and empower you to do the job even better.
Β Do not overload; prioritize. Every day, choose up to 3 top tasks that need to get done and focus on them. Others that are completed are just a bonus.
Β Have a to-do list or checklist. They typically like structure, so these types of lists help them stay on track, organized, and productive.
Β Track your time. Tracking time is the best way to see where the time goes and if there is anything that can be done to improve management.
Β Take regular breaks. The brain cannot stay focussed forever. Take time to clear the head: take a walk, clean or take a nap.

E. Hunter™'s one liner of comment: A competent follower that needs supervision. The abjectly hopeless leader and manager.

14. Can it be the Objective Thinker - ISTJ?

The Objective Thinker has this type of brain

General Overview: The Objective Thinker is a practical, logical and dedicated individual. They take responsibility for their actions and pride in the work they do.
They prefer analyzing over making assumptions. Tradition, stability and security are their main values. They are calm, strong-willed and responsible, but they can also be judgmental and stubborn. They have strong opinions and are not afraid to share them.
Because of all of this, they would thrive in career paths such as Law, Military and Police.
Their preferred work environment has clearly defined rules, structure and hierarchy. They are hard-working, dependable and like having responsibilities, which makes them great employees. They function best when they work in peace, usually by themselves. No matter what task you give them, they will do their job seriously and responsibly. They are punctual and always respect deadlines. However, they can be sensitive to criticism.
As co-workers, they see themselves as reliable but have a well deserved reputation of being a bit boring.

Leader, Follower or Independent: F. Are natural followers of the world as they want to be in the background of a situation where a strong authority is in charge. But can make Level 5 leaders per Jim Collins theory. Watch out for this!

Make it happen, Watch it happen or Wonder what happened?: Watch.

What they should do, or be encouraged to do by their subordinates are the following:

Β Find the right playlist. The one that’s calming, does not distract you and helps stay productive.
Β Have a neat, decluttered workspace. Living in a mess can add even more stress.
Β Work on adapting to changes. They often do not like changes very much, but they are an unavoidable part of life. Remember that the only constant thing in life is change and try not to stress out about stressing out.
Β Take meditation or mindfulness breaks. Not only will they help staying focussed, but they will also keep calmness in a stressful work environment.
Β Focus on 3 important things each day. If more than those 3 things, great! But if not, that’s okay: the priority is to do those top 3 tasks for each day.

E. Hunter™'s one liner of comment: Super reliable and can be very effective indeed.

15. Can it be the Perfectionist - INTP?

The Perfectionist has this type of brain

General Overview: The Perfectionist is a logical, inventive and creative individual who loves patterns and problem-solving. They are unconventional and do not like rules. They are also self-driven and have high standards for themselves.
On the other hand, they are not very emotional and have a big fear of failure. They can be insensitive and aloof.
Since they like working by themselves and having freedom, corporate jobs usually are not the best option for them. They function better in smaller work environments or working alone — great options for them are Laboratory research, Data analysis, IT or Freelance copywriting.
Their analytical mind and a desire for intellectual stimulation make them resourceful and hard-working employees if they are given good working conditions and enough freedom.
They like coming up with ideas and concepts but handling the logistics is not their cup of tea. Therefore so being a manager may not suit you. Their criticism is often very valuable as they are great at noticing inconsistencies.
As co-workers, they see themselves as the brains but are seem by the co-workers as the absent minded professor.

General management style: Is of a visionary who communicates the general outline of the vision, yet lets everyone do their own thing. They marshal the troops in pursuit of their goals. They are likely to take on the task themselves rather than see the project fail although they are hopeless finishers.

Leader, Follower or Independent: I. May lead if necessary and will probably also adhere to the rules if they do not prevent them from achieving their goals, since not doing so is liable to cause significant hassle and disruption in life. But they are extremely poor leaders.

Make it happen, Watch it happen or Wonder what happened?: Wonder.

What they should do, or be encouraged to do by their subordinates are the following:

Β Do the hardest task first. Do it when the mind is still fresh and with the mental energy to deal with it. The sense of accomplishment will follow throughout the day and make for better output.
Β Delegate. Look at the to-do list. Is there anything that can be delegated to someone else? If so, do it and make time for things that are more important to their skillset.
. Β Have a good morning routine. Doing the same (hopefully productive) things every morning will make the brain know that the Perfectionist means busines and it will cause the right mindset to work.
Β Make work a game. Productivity does not have to be boring — have fun with it. If a liking for video games, make challenges and set a reward system if accomplished within a limited period etc.
Β Remember that completed is better than perfect. The Perfectionist is often a true perfectionist and perfectionists sometimes tend to procrastinate. Try to remember that a finished task, although imperfect, is better than one that has not even started.

E. Hunter™'s one liner of comment: Never, ever hire as a manager or leader and recognize that this individual has no mechanical aptitude whatsoever; cannot even operate the photocopier.

16. Can it be the Enhancer - INTJ?

The Enhancer has this type of brain

General Overview: The Enhancer is a quick-witted, detached and rational individual. They question absolutely everything and enjoy bending the rules with clever ideas that remain undetected. They have an unquenchable thirst for knowledge, which often makes them academically oriented.
They are intelligent, curious and very determined. They can also be arrogant, overly critical and dismissive of emotions.
They think outside the box and thrive when working alone or in small groups, so they would excel in careers in Project management, Marketing strategy, Sales Manager or System engineering.
They have very high standards for themselves and they usually do their job the best they can. This makes them great employees. They like working independently and cannot stand being micromanaged and wasting their time in pointless meetings.
They typically willl not hold back from offering anyone (including their manager and boss) constructive criticism — which can backfire, as not everyone is a fan of that. And they could not care less.
As co-workers, they see themselves as prefering to work alone. They are regarded as very good managers, as their priority is effectiveness and innovation — not just being in charge for the sake of it. They treat their subordinates as equals and give them freedom; but watch out if the subs fcuk it up. They have a well deserved reputation of being aloof and extremely difficult to get to know.

General management style: Is a visionary who communicates the general outline of the vision, yet lets everyone do their own thing. They marshal the troops in pursuit of their goals. But you had better perform. They basically draw up their plans behind closed doors and are extremely good managers.

Leader, Follower or Independent: I. Initially are very reluctant to lead but refuses to simply follow. Independent is the best term for the Enhancer. But they are super leaders.

Make it happen, Watch it happen or Wonder what happened?: Make.

What they should do, or be encouraged to do by their subordinates are the following:

Β Make to-do lists. They are great at planning. It comes so easy and natural to them. However, they are a little less great at taking action. To-do lists let them plan tasks, but they also force them to be done and crossed off the list.
. Β Break down bigger tasks into smaller chunks. Big projects often seem overwhelming, especially when operating as a perfectionist. To avoid procrastination, break bigger tasks down into smaller tasks that seem more doable.
Β Remember the 5-minute rule. Another trick for procrastination is to make a deal to do that one thing dread for only 5 minutes. Realistically, it will be more than 5 minutes, but it is important to force a start to be made.
Β Make deadlines. They function well in deadline-based environments; use it to advantage. Plan and assign deadlines to all tasks, not just work-related ones (yes, especially those that are being avoided).
Β Create a routine that works well. They are not the type of person who will do something only because everyone else is doing it. There is benefit from having a routine, but only the well-thought-out one that makes sense.

E. Hunter™'s one liner of comment: Rare pattern who can really excel. They are lone wolves who could not care about popularity and see idiots at a range of over 1000 km.
