The plan goes wrong when the Agent, Investigator, Enhancer and Perfectionist trip over various debris and make a crashing sound.
The Results and Persuader charge forward and get killed immediately.
The Perfectionist and Investigator act as if they are as surprised as anyone, while the Agent looks depressed. They all get caught.
Eventually, the Appraiser guilts the Inspirational and Enhancer into rescuing the others, and the Director comes along because it needs to be done their way which they deem 'right'!

Commentary: This pattern can establish themselves as the kingpin in an elaborate white collar crime scheme. They would coordinate with the Objective Thinker to siphon money out of the organization surreptitiously. They leverage their formidable knowledge of business, law and capitalism to engineer a well thought out plan to not only get rich but also cover their tracks and leave behind no paper trail. Additionally, they employ sneaky tactics such as registering dummy corporations, fake charity organizations and off-shore bank accounts to hide the money.
Another angle: Assault / Cyber bullying / Concealed weapon.
Items to be stolen: Nothing. Has everything they need due to hard work and following dreams.
On the run outcome: Escapee.
Why this outcome?: The most ruthless, will cut ties, disappear and continue to make money from the tax evasion.

2. Developer - ENTJ
Choice A: War crimes.
Choice B: Mafia boss who rose to the top via hard work.
Choice C: Kingmaker. Responsible for political assassinations and yet there is no incriminating evidence.
Choice D: Ponzi Scheme Operator.

Commentary: This pattern is the absolute best when it comes to devising elaborate schemes and scams. They know how to work the system and rig it in their favour. As charismatic and personable as they can be, they have no qualms about using people as pawns and stepping stones for their own advancement. As a hustler, they see Opportunites that others do not see. They persuade naive and desperate suckers into taking part with the promise of getting wildly rich. In the end, the scheme is all a con-game from which only they are meant to benefit.

Items to be stolen: The computer program the FBI uses to store all their secrets.
On the run outcome: Caught.
Why this outcome?: They want to take over from within the organization and attempt to garner support, but are betrayed. War crimes keep coming up in research.

Choice A: Reckless Endangerment, Murder and Speeding.
Choice B: Runs weapons trade through the dark web.
Choice C: Runs an underground fight club; runs betting; sometimes fights.
Choice D: Runs pyramid scheme or intricate boiler room scam.

Commentary: This pattern gets absorbed in the heat or thrill of the moment, get in way over their heads and into trouble. They think that they are invincible or untouchable but, either way, they terrified a bunch of people and jeopardized everyone’s safety. They never think about that as they are too busy being a maverick and living the “carpe diem” lifestyle. When they get excited, they can do some pretty ill-advised and short-sighted things for the sake of a transient rush of excitement.
Another angle: Contract hitman / Speeding or endangerment (DUI) / Securities fraud.

Choice B: Argues every little thing with the Developer. Intelligence prevents assassination by the Enhancer.
Choice C: Investor that promises to double your money in 2 months and then vanishes with it all.
Choice D: Uses offshore bank accounts to fiddle.

Commentary: This pattern is part crazy and part ingenious and arrogant enough to believe they could stage and pull off an ambitious heist. The plot is by no means conventional and involved a lot of clever ideas that had never been tried before. Everyone said it could not be done which is why they do such things. Mission Impossible is their favouite type of mission. As far as they are concerned, there is no problem for which they cannot find a solution, even if it takes a lifetime of obsessive testing and trial and error to find it.
Another angle: Perjury / Blackmail / Impersonating officer.
Items to be stolen: Car handles, shower curtains and remote controls, just to mess with people.

Why this outcome?: Smart and highly adaptable. If plan A fails, plans B-Q are ready to go. Very good at finding someone to work with.

Choice A: Political corruption/deceit.
Choice B: Honey-traps high profile figures for money or power.
Choice C: Bribery including as a modern day Robin Hood, steals from the rich and gives to the poor.
Choice D: Cult leader.

Commentary: This pattern utilizes bribes, whether giving them or receiving them, as an effective bargaining tool in the service of what they consider to be the greater good. They would pay off some powerful people in exchange for unlawful advantages benefiting their espoused group. They felt it was a justified compromise because the tremendous good it would do trumped the significance of violating an arbitrary restriction.
Another angle: Suicide cult leader / Kidnapping.
Items to be stolen: Therapists, so that everyone would have to go to the Persuader with their problems.

6. Appraiser - ESFJ
Choice A: Defamation.
Choice B: Leader of a human trafficking nexus.
Choice C: Uses people skills to learn secrets of prominent individuals and then sells to the highest bidder.
Choice D: Prostitution.

Commentary: This pattern may not have prostitution as their first choice, but if money was tight they do what they had to do to make ends meet. Their obsequious nature served them well and they naturally understood how to keep their clients happy and coming back for more. They make all of their customers feel as if they are truly cared about and often confided their personal problems to the Appraiser as though they were a therapist. A lot of times, their clientele just wants someone to talk to and make them feel appreciated and valued.
Another angle: Aiding and abetting.

Why this outcome?: Almost all have someone who loves them devotedly and will hide and protect them. Are also resourceful and patient. The Objective Thinker seems to really like them, so perhaps they get rescued by one of them. Defamation keeps coming up in research.

Commentary: This pattern can have passionate rage overwhelm them and cause them to do something they would later regret and have to pay for in the eyes of the law. When they discovered that their lover had been having steamy liaisons with a coworker, the humiliation and betrayal they felt was unbearable. Given the history of their relationship, everything they may have been through together, everything they did and sacrificed for their partner. How could they do this? Rationality has left the building and now their unstable emotions have taken over the ship escalating to a tragic outcome.

Commentary: This pattern can get into a state of drunken reverie and become too uninhibited and crazy as they menace the neighborhood in pursuit of fun and excitement. They do not understand what everyone is so uptight about; life is too short and they just wanted to live a little. Nevermind the rowdy raucous guests and the blaring music playing till 3am.

Choice C: The accidental criminal. Forgets to pay at the local shop and is subsequently charged for shoplifting.

Commentary: This pattern sometimes wants what they cannot have or afford. Other times, it is just the thrill-seeking rush that comes with getting away with it that motivates them. Either way, their impulsive compulsion turns them into a kleptomaniac who gets too comfortable with taking what they wanted. After successfully snatching things off the shelves a couple of times, it becames a game to them until they finally are busted red handed.

Commentary: This pattern can have an obsessive fixation on the perfect person of their dreams which can drive them to pitiable depths of desperation. In their mind, the other person is in love with them; they just don’t know it yet. Commentary: This pattern can have things go wrong and can morph into an unhinged homicidal nutbag. They discover a sadistic pleasure in hunting people and bludgeoning them with wrenches and canned corn, a task at which they get better and better at over time. Detectives may have trouble tracking them because their crimes seemed inconsistent and random. That is, until a detective Perfectionist deciphers the pattern, cracks the case and uncovers their identity.

Why this outcome?: Can blend in perfectly and often have a wide variety of interests and practical skills. Unlikely to share their story once free.

Choice B: Serial mail order bride who marries vulnerable men and then runs away with their money.
Choice C: Accomplice - abettor to a crime.
Choice D: Runs a private doctor's practice exclusive to criminals who want treatment with no involvement

Commentary: This pattern never comes up with ideas but somewhere along the way they can be recruited into the mix. When the jig was up, their involvement is mostly tangential but they were found guilty by association or by virtue of their tacit complicity with the criminal activity happening around and in front of them. They may have knowingly supported the crooks by sheltering and hiding them from law officials canvassing the neighborhood who are desperately searching every nook and cranny to capture the perpetrators.

With a carefully chosen Director as a teammate they can be co-conspirators of white collar crimes that rip off the working class proletariats.

Feeling like a god, their desire can cause tham to flex their coding muscle and demonstrate how even the most fortified database is no match for their hacker genius. They will do it mostly for the challenge and amusement of seeing how vulnerable a mighty corporation can be against a single solitary individual on a laptop.

authorities scratching their heads.

Commentary: This pattern would not choose this type of career, but circumstances could push them into it and it turns that they are very good at it. They would be the the mastermind behind the operation and the creator of the secret proprietary recipe for which their product is successful. They are suited as the calculated and ruthless drug lord who learns from other’s mistakes and takes every precaution and implements every improvement they can. Like a hawk, they monitor competitors and law enforcement alike to ensure they are always several steps ahead of them.
