Come on, the cohort are watching for you to semaphore your correct answer as an Oxorite™. We are all about facilitating an easier path to find their pattern before Titanium Imposition™.
Situation - You are observing the other person and you are in a rush to pick their pattern.
1. Apply the Oxor Rush™ to the DEMANDING Director - ESTJ
I want to be in charge and tell others what to do. People only let me as I act like a child if they refuse. My favourite pastime is 'yelling' at people."
My opinions are based on presumed evidence and work I have clearly seen to be effective. Along with this, I am incredibly stubborn and, a lot of times, hate listening to ideas which fall out of the realm of 'common sense'. This is similar to the Objective Thinker, but at a reduced level."
This is the tendency to seek only information and ideas that support my pre-existing beliefs. I seem to cast a blind eye or show willful ignorance of the holes and flaws in my ideas and beliefs. I am either in denial or feel so strongly in my convictions that any criticism or counter argument would seem irrelevant or of marginal importance in my mind.
I am guilty of this as I believe they I am always right. I can be stubborn in what I believe. This may be in part because I am uncomfortable with change and have little patience and tolerance for those who do not share my views and beliefs."
This is because, as a leader, I am authorative and decisive and others are expected to follow rules and my way, without question.
I listen to advice but ignore it. e.g. I once spent $4,500 on legal fees to make $3,000."
-

2. Apply the Oxor Rush™ to the BOSSY Developer - ENTJ
I always have plans for what I call 'projects'. I think that I am a natural leader, but I act like a spoiled child with an overgrown ego. I am afraid of talking about emotions."
I am often the one with very creative ideas, however, I can also be very stubborn."
This refers to the influence that my initial judgments have on subsequent perceptions. If an art dealer offered a painting to me for $500, that price may seem excessive. But if the dealer had preceded that offer with an even higher one such as $10,000, then the $500 would seem relatively reasonable.
I am likely to use this bias against other people rather than fall victim to it myself. I am typically very articulate and skilled in communicating in effective and persuasive ways. I may employ my powers of manipulation to play with people’s perceptions and ultimately get them to do what I want them to do."
This is because, as a leader, I take command of the general outline of my vision, marshal the troops and remove roadblocks.
I promoted workplace threats to interstate positions to clear the way for me. Fcuk them."
-

3. Apply the Oxor Rush™ to the IMPULSIVE Results - ESTP
I easily get distracted and enjoy doing morally questionable things. I am unable to think of the consequences. The future is a mystery to me."
I am generally pretty good at maintaining an open mind I, most certainly, know how to embellish my natural biases. Others cannot really change my mind about these types of things."
This is a tendency to conveniently cast blame on other people or circumstances for my own failures while readily taking all the credit for the successes. This bias stems from my ego’s desire to protect and exalt itself. I am very active and ambitious and, with each accomplishment I make, my ego may grow commensurately.
Because I am competitive and always in it to win it, I may react to failures and losses as though it were a threat to my self worth. I may therefore be guilty of having a lopsided sense of accountability that is heavily biased towards preserving my own self image and self interest."
This is because, as a leader, I can be delusional with an action oriented focus on solving the problem with as little effort or cost as possible.
I am Stockton Rush. Now you know why the Titan failed in such a spectacular fashion."
-

4. Apply the Oxor Rush™ to the EGOTISTICAL Inspirational - ENTP
I am like Socrates. I randomly appear and never shut up. Others think saying anything more about me is a waste of time; as is my existence."
I am biased towards being unbiased and defending things I do not even agree with as I like debate for the sake of it."
This is the inclination for doing the opposite of what is expected of me. I am notorious for my contrarian tendencies and playing devil’s advocate. If others make one point, I will try and poke holes in that argument even if I actually agree with it. I pick debates in the way that bullies pick fights, but sometimes I take it too far.
I may try to assert my independence and sense of individualism by going left when other people tell me to go right. My non-conformist nature is what makes me so creative and interesting but sometimes it would be advisable to just stick to the script."
This is because, as a leader, I can mobilize others to get things underway and I always avoid doing the heavy lifting or spending much time on preparation.
I once chaired a meeting and took the 'No' votes before the 'Yes' votes."
-

5. Apply the Oxor Rush™ to the NEEDY Persuader - ENFJ
I am the true idealist with a very strong sense of right and wrong even though I may not follow my own advice. I like to spend time with other people and are world class at manipulating them to do my work and support my ideas. I get angry if others do not listen to me. If others' still do not respect my ideas, I will secretly hate them for life and stab them in the back when I get a good chance."
While I can most definitely be subject to whatever crowd I am in, typically I tend to get behind a general or abstract cause which strongly drives my biased thinking."
This is an over-optimistic faith in favourable outcomes. I am an idealist and, as such, I believe strongly that good will always triumph over evil. Even in face of set backs and struggles, I am determined to find the silver lining in clouds and I try to teach others to do the same.
While it may be seen as admirable to be able to cling so tenaciously to hope, but maybe I sometimes do so to the extent of verging on being delusional and in denial over the truth. While I am committed to my ideals, it is might be advisable to be realistic and not sugar coat or set my expectations too high. This is especially so since not everyone is able to bounce back from disappointments as well as I can."
This is because, as a leader, I issue orders 'from the pulpit' or from my high horse and I expect them to be followed.
I issue executive orders to the Committee when I have no authority to do so."
-

6. Apply the Oxor Rush™ to the OVERBEARING Appraiser - ESFJ
I am always right and am loud as I yell at others if told that I am wrong. I always need to be in charge of group activities. At the end of the day, I always complain how I have to be in charge but, at the same, refuse to let others be in charge."
While my thoughts are often very much driven by the crowd I am in, I also tend to only understand concepts on a somewhat superficial level."
This is my tendency to adapt, subordinate and tailor my views to accord with the social dynamics of a group. I am harmony-focussed and value community and connectedness so I am inclined to fashion myself to fit whatever form that will win me social points and acceptance. I tend to lack a strong internal value system and, instead, tend to model myself in the image of my surroundings.
For this reason I may be guilty of jumping on the bandwagon of popular opinion to earn brownie points and show that I am 'with it'. I often profess conventional wisdom and ideas that, deep down, I may not even understand or embody."
This is because, as a leader, I make announcements from the podium but I neglect organizational policies and responsibilities as I am solving people's problems.
I once owned three lawn mowers in three months, ignoring the advice of my father."
-

7. Apply the Oxor Rush™ to the CHILDISH Promoter - ENFP
Not much good can be said about me. I have a hard time being focussed. I am enthusiastic about everything (even questionable stuff). I like to talk under concrete and never stick to one topic. I have very low control over my life."
I love new abstract and artistic ideas. I will not allow myself to be held down by social norms and what society whats from me.
This is the influence of how I feel about someone or something in one area has on how I judge them in other areas. A convicted felon, who happens to be very attractive or famous for example, may receive more favourable treatment or a lighter sentence than someone viewed as less attractive. A successful TV personality, on account of their popularity, may be favoued to run the country as president over other more politically experienced and qualified candidates.
I may be the idealist who is guilty of this. I may have a tendency to see my friends and trusted associates in an almost unconditionally positive light and my idealistic faith and loyalty to them could maybe blind me from observing the actual short comings and personal flaws in their character."
However there is a caveat because, as a leader, I am easily diverted away from responsibilities and flit from one thing to another, finish nothing as I solve some people problems.
I am always late and offer bulltish excuses regularly."
-

8. Apply the Oxor Rush™ to the IMPATIENT Counselor - ESFP
I quickly get distracted. I need to be in a large group and constantly talking in order to be happy. I am present on all social media so I do not miss out on anything. I am heavily addicted to my phone. If there are no people around and my phone is low on battery, because I forgot to charge it, I overeat and cry about it to the next person I encounter."
I listen to the ideas of others and absorb the information around me like a sponge in order to come up with my opinions. There is not really a whole lot of room for natural bias in my mind. Once I get an idea, though, I can be extremely stubborn."
This is the influence that the way in which information is presented has on how it is received. It is possible to influence how receptive or unreceptive I will be to a proposition or message based on how it is presented to me. I may be susceptible to this since I am are so responsive to sensory stimulation and style.
I have strong preferences and feelings about what I like and do not like. I may be very suggestible and susceptible to the appeals of clever sales pitches and marketers."
This is because, as a leader, I attempt to solve problems with as little effort as possible.
I am the one who put the laxatives in the coffee machine."
-

9. Apply the Oxor Rush™ to the FLIGHTY Specialist - ISFP
I try to be cool and unique all times. I fail at it and do not like being told that. I might end up as a drug addict at the end of high school."
In a similar fashion to the Counselor, I simply listen to the ideas of others and then choose the best ones. However, I do have an annoyingly stubborn side."
This is what happens when I interpret specific validating details out of vague and ambiguous statements. This is when I construe a general statement that could actually apply to anything or anyone as having a very particular and pointed meaning. The most common examples of this may be horoscopes and psychic readings and possibly even Disc.
I do not realize that I am are validating baseless statements by filling in the gaps myself. I may be susceptible to naively drawing false conclusions and connecting dots that should not be connected.
Because I am creative and open minded, I may be susceptible to believing in unrealistic and irrational suggestions and the ploys of conniving swindlers."
This is because, as a follower, I skirt around problems and make little or no effort.
I tend to call lots of things a 'kerfuffle'."
-

10. Apply the Oxor Rush™ to the PERFECTIONISTIC Investigator - INFJ
I only think and talk about myself. I enter others' personal space without being invited. Even though I appear as a saint, I am actually the most egoistical person on the planet. I always find a way to blame others, especially if I can 'feel' the other person's emotions. Many are grateful that I am the rarest pattern and I constantly remind others of that."
In a similar way to the Persuader, my thinking is typically characterized by a general drive to accomplish something. While this reason can sometimes be very abstract, it does not change the fact that I almost always have an immovable motive."
This is an irrational commitment to an objective or goal that is no longer desired or worth pursuing, but is done so only because of the time and resources already invested into it. Rather than cut my losses and move on to other opportunities, emotional attachment accumulated from the effort and time invested toward its acquisition actually skews judgment making it more difficult to turn away even when it is in my best interests to do so.
I have difficulty breaking away from unhealthy relationships and have a tendency to hang on longer than I should. I may believe that it is a rational decision to avoid throwing away the time and energy already invested in a person but, in reality, my sentimental idealism may be obscuring me from seeing the truth."
This is because, as independent (neither a leader or follower), I become absorbed with people problems which causes me to be diverted away from my responsibilities.
I tend to stagnate."
-

11. Apply the Oxor Rush™ to the WHINGING Agent - INFP
I am always up for hearing a new idea."
This is the effect when, in response to criticism or challenges to my beliefs, I then double down and believe them even more strongly. I can be stubborn and rebellious and are bound to have some deeply held core values that would be difficult to change. It is likely that for many of my personal values, I would be highly resistant to anyone’s attempts at reforming or restricting them.
What is ‘true’ or ‘right’ to me may defy or transcend conventional standards or strictly empirical ones. Because of my sense of integrity and desire to be true to myself, there are likely to be some things, however irrational, that I am unwilling to compromise on and any opposition against them may only fortify my convictions rather than weaken them."
This is because, as independent (neither a leader or follower), I become too involved with others' problems and I rarely take any action.
I complain about the parking but will not write a complaint to the Secretary."
-

12. Apply the Oxor Rush™ to the UNPREDICTABLE Achiever - ISTP
I am a natural loner, I keep to myself and I like to do simple stuff. I only express emotion when laughing at rude jokes."
I have the same problems as the Results but just slightly less extreme because I lead with Introverted Thinking which is a much more logical function. I know how to embellish my natural biases and others cannot really change my mind about these types of things."
This is the mistaken notion that a streak of good luck or bad luck impacts the odds future bets when, in reality, they remain the same. I enjoy my share of risk taking and living on the edge and I may have a taste for gambling and betting. Since I can get caught up in the moment, I may be susceptible to the irrational, but hard to resist, temptation to push my luck when experiencing a string of wins.
When I get on a roll, I may feel emboldened to ride that wave longer than I probably should."
This is because, as a follower, I can fix anything.
I can really lose my temper."
-

13. Apply the Oxor Rush™ to the NAIVE Practitioner - ISFJ
I am the pure follower and I would jump in front of a train if politely asked. I stay in abusive or unsatisfactory relationships for way too long and I am not the one to end it as that is conflict."
I absolutely love tradition, simply being comfortable and being rusted onto the past. I hate it when people move and throw me out of their foreseen boundaries. Unlike the Objective Thinker and the Director, my opinions are not extraordinarily extreme."
This is refers to how the emotional strength or recentness of a memory can heavily influence my perceptions and cause me to perceive objects or events as being more eminent or important than they really are. A sensitive feeling person such as me is likely to perceive threats and emotionally charged situations in a more heightened way. My memories are likely to be very strong, especially with respect to how they make me feel.
My subjective feeling about many things is likely to make me prone to unfounded worries and concerns and exaggerated perspectives. I may have a propensity for relying on my first impressions and initial notions which may often be predicated on sensationalized or incomplete information."
This is because, as a follower, I am the worst leader and manager.
I allowed thousands of A4 binders per year to be shipped from Singapore to the USA, filled with paper and shipped back again for over five years."
-

14. Apply the Oxor Rush™ to the RIGID Objective Thinker - ISTJ
I am irrationally stubborn and will do things my way even if it is explained to em why that is bad. I also value tradition and I am unable to adapt when times change. I can be very good at organising unimportant stuff."
Being No. 1 is not really a surprise as I often only think within traditions and culture. I love what I have seen work before and I absolutely hate to change anything if it already works. Often my opinions are based on presumed evidence and the work I have clearly seen to work. Along with this, I am incredibly stubborn and, a lot of times, hate listening to ideas which fall out of the realm of 'common sense'.”
This is the notion that the more knowledge I acquire, the more aware I become of how much you I do not know. In many cases, it is the people with the least understanding who overestimate their knowledge. I am inclined to collect extensive knowledge about whatever it is I take interest in and I am probably one of the most thorough and assiduous peiople regarding research and knowledge building.
I may have a hint of awareness regarding the potentially infinite field of things I have yet to understand. I am typically certain of what I know because I have a good memory and practice what I do. However, when it comes to anything outside of my knowledge that may require conceptual leaps and theorizing, I will likely tread cautiously and waver in my conviction."
This is because, as a follower, I follow all the rules and rituals.
I value cold hard facts and do not like more subjective analysis."
-

15. Apply the Oxor Rush™ to the LAZY Perfectionist - INTP
I think that I am the smartest but, at the same time, I am unable to properly wash the dishes or do anything practical at all. Most of the time I do not have much to say, except when I talk about how really smart I am."
I only ever look at the straight facts. I will hear every side and always try to be on the right one."
This is the tendency to forget what it was like to not know something once it has been learned. I may be guilty of this as I may sometimes take for granted that others understand what for me appears obvious. I may often explain things in a way that others do not understand fully because they do not see all the intuitive connections on which I have based my reasoning.
Once I form my conclusions or ideas, I may forget the intricacy that went into their formation and, when communicating them to others, may need to remember to expound on certain details that are not as self evident as I think them to be."
This is because, as independent (neither a leader or follower), I rarely finish anything as there is always one more piece of the puzzle.
I had the concept to address digital music piracy and built it over 15 years only to find that the iPhone had overtaken me."
-

16. Apply the Oxor Rush™ to the INSENSITIVE Enhancer - INTJ
I am super smart and practical but I am also one of the coldest people on the planet. I am so unemotional that talking to me can make others feel as if they are talking to a wall which is not fun and it is hard for them to stay focussed. I somehow love to cook. I always have plans which I call 'projects'."
In a similar fashion to the Developer, I am often the one with very creative ideas, however, I can also be very stubborn. But because I lead with Introverted Intuition I am even more open-minded and intellectual than the Developer."
This is the tendency to make ungenerous assumptions about other people’s behaviour and actions while rationalizing my own behaviour in a more forgiving light. If an orderly person is struggling to manage their schedule, I may rationalize that they have too much on their plate but, if I viewed the same struggle in someone else, I may possibly chalk it up to a lack of discipline.
I have a penchant for reading into situations and past superficial appearances to make solid conjectures about others but, when dealing with people who under-perform, I may be inclined to dismiss them uncharitably. I can be judgmental and dismissive especially if I am more on the intellectually arrogant and unempathetic side."
This is because, as independent (neither a leader or follower), I am the ultimate behind the scenes fantastic manager.
I once cut off 1cm of the dipstick in a service station tank to make up 1000 lites shortfall and passed the audit with a perfect score. You sound surprised that that was never discovered?"
