Is this person task oriented and you can observe many of them in leadership roles managing people or heading up projects?
My Oxor Portrayal™ is that I am a mother who relentlessly pushes my kids towards high academic achievement ignoring whether this suits them or not.
If I had 99 Oxor Problems™, I want everyone to help fix all of them.
I can be BLUNT, very inflexible, authoritative, bossy, judgmental and tell it like it is.
I go into almost every situation with a strategy and sometimes use force to get others to help execute my plan. BUT I will run into problems if my plan gets thrown off-course, either by a person I am working with or an external event that changes the circumstances.
1. The Director - ESTJ
Oxor Majik Picker™: Supervisor - an honest, helpful and arrogant leader. Favourite hangout: Office chair!
Oxor Keen Eyed Spotter™ - 1: They are easy to spot by observing their personal style signifiers (the 'spiffy kit') that work both for their profession and their personality. Their kit will be balanced, appropriate, predictable and likely to have been planned ahead of time. Watch out for army standard shiny shoes as that means they want things done their way.
Oxor Keen Eyed Spotter™ - 2: They are likely to be coaches, superintendents, amongst other things.
Oxor Keen Eyed Spotter™ - 3: They master the application of rules and conditions and they know the best way to get things done (theirs).
Oxor Keen Eyed Spotter™ - 4: They come across as confident and competent.
Oxor Keen Eyed Spotter™ - 5: They command respect but can also be a little (a lot) pushy and imperious at times.
Oxor Keen Eyed Spotter™ - 6: They tend to be highly conscientious individuals who strive to be punctual, professional and respectable. They are driven by a sense of justice, want results and efficiency and will take legal action at the drop of a lawyer's hat.
Oxor Keen Eyed Spotter™ - 7: They are traditional and pragmatic and tend to be highly respected figures within their community but mostly loathed by work colleagues.
Oxor Keen Eyed Spotter™ - 8: Vibe and extent that this Grand Master radiates the "I do not give a fcuk" sensation. "I am a member of the IDGAF unless you cross me lodge".
Oxor Keen Eyed Spotter™ - 9: VICTIM vs. MARTYR. Victim. "How could you do this to me after all I have done for you?"
Oxor Keen Eyed Spotter™ - 10: SPEECH STYLE: LOUD / BLUNT.
Oxor Keen Eyed Spotter™ - 11: BASIC STYLE: ORDERLY / UNCHANGING.
Oxor Keen Eyed Spotter™ - 12: Cannot spot but CRIME MOST LIKELY: Concealed weapon.
Oxor Keen Eyed Spotter™ - 13: They are sometimes cool, but mostly not, while they can think but not reason.
Oxor Keen Eyed Spotter™ - 14: May find long-winded talkers and ramblers challenging to engage with.
Oxor Judger™: They will judge you like this. On how useful you are to the enterprise. They are very candid about their judgments. Sometimes that is refreshing; other times it can be plain rude.
E. Hunter™ comment:
Can you spot, with keen eyes, the executive who can swiftly identify whether something is useless or mildly tolerable?
Go to their pattern
