Elizabeth Hunter™'s view: My observation is that they these cats are right up the top in know how as they can effortlessly see the big picture and their prediction ability is uncanny. They are usually correct which irritates many, especially the Feelers. Leave them to it and it will be done. They know how to get around rules but stay within them and are never found out. They are not especially liked but that is not what they are ever after. When a strategic initiative is required to bury incompetent management, such as in an Owners Corporation, watch out.
